Biography:

Ms. Bansal provides a comprehensive range of legal services to the business community, assisting startup companies, established businesses and healthcare entrepreneurs.  She advises clients as to complex corporate contracts, employment agreements, intellectual property, patents, acquisitions and mergers.  She has served as a trial attorney for intellectual property, business matters and civil rights litigation.
